Please review the following procedures for the night of your event.

| 1. The Float in the cash box is $30.00. Please have this put into one zip lock bag. |
|
|
| 2. The Cost for the popcorn is $63.00 a box (36)pkg or $1.75 per package. |
| Please remember to track the amount of popcorn at the start of sale and end of sale. |
| I will also require you to record your team profits on the deposit sheet provided |
| Place the money in a separate bag along with your till sheet. |
|
|
| 3. Profit from the popcorn should be deposited into your team bank account. |
| These funds should be used in the same manner as other fundraised funds. |
Upon completion of the team sale please return the remaining popcorn supplies, float & DVMH portion of the sale to my office at the beginning of the week I would greatly appreciate that.
I work at Mancal Energy Inc Mon-Fri 7:30-4:30. We are located at 4912-56 St, same building as CrossFit and down the street that runs in-between bumper to bumper and DV rentals.
