If you wish to submit your application to be a Coach with Drayton Valley Minor Hockey Association, please complete the following form;
NOTE: All Coaches will be required to present a current Criminal Record Check and Child Intervention Record Check. If your Criminal Record or Child Intervention Record Checks expire during the season, you must provide current checks prior to the expiration. Coaches are strongly encouraged to request these checks during the offseason. Coaches will not be allowed to participate in team activities without current their checks after November 1st, extensions will only be granted if the process of obtaining these has been delayed at no fault of the Coach. Criminal Record Checks must be completed at the RCMP detachment in the town in which you live and Child Intervention Record Checks at Childrens Services. There is no cost for these.
